Hi, I here is my entry for the toy test section...it took some time getting the product because UPS screwed up and lost my package...I also had problems with the online customer service replies (didn't get any responses from them)...However, when I finally called the customer service phone number, they were very friendly and helpful...I'd recommend people contact customer service by phone if they have any problems or questions...anyway...I was impressed with the size of this toy, much thicker than I thought it would be, and longer....the picture doesn't do it justice...I'm sure I would have had more fun with someone on the other end of the toy, but I enjoyed myself just the same, it was fun for picture taking ;) If you're looking for big and full, this is the toy for you! (oh, and the company sent me extra toys/accessories for my shipping problems)
